Travel plans can change. These clear terms explain what happens to your deposit and how rescheduling works.
YOUR DEPOSIT
Straightforward terms before you reserve.
A 50% deposit confirms your session; the remaining balance is paid on the session day. Where a refund applies, we will return it to the original payment method whenever possible.
7 days or more before
Your deposit can be fully refunded, or your session can be moved once at no charge, subject to availability.
6 to 3 days before
The deposit is non-refundable. A date change can be considered according to availability; please contact us as soon as possible.
Less than 48 hours before
The deposit is non-refundable.
Severe weather, major transport disruption or a safety concern
We will reschedule at no additional charge, with an alternative time offered according to availability.
