We confirm the meeting point for your chosen area. After booking, open Booking support with your reference and email to see the Google Maps link and message history.

Requests or questions

Cancellation & refund support

Until 7 days before: full refund or free date change. Severe weather, major transport disruption, or a safety concern can be rescheduled at no charge. If photographer availability means we cannot deliver your session, choose a full refund of your paid deposit or a free rescheduled date.
